How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 4 p.m. EST, ship out the same day via UPS, Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays. Orders usually ship the same day, otherwise it ships the next business day 1-2 business day after you order. Shipping time on customized items vary. International shipments vary according to destination country and customs delays/processing time cannot be calculated or guaranteed. Duties and Taxes for for international shipments are not included in your shipping price.
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
Total distance between us and you
Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
What delivery method you select

UPS 3 Day Shipping - 3 business days
UPS 2 Day Shipping - 2 business days (Guaranteed transit time, $100 worth of insurance included)
UPS Overnight Shipping : 1 business day (Guaranteed transit time, $100 worth of insurance included)
INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc)
Standard Post (APC Postal Logistics): 7-15 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
UPS Ground: 3-10 Business Days (Only available in Canada and Mexico, $100 worth of insurance included)
UPS International Priority: 1-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In the event a return is made due to our error, for example, an incorrect or defective item is sent, then return shipping costs are complimentary.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with “Exchange Request” on the subject line.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
